The firm was established by Joanna Hoskinson and Mark Griffin, each experienced lawyers in their own fields.

Since the firm opened in 1998 we have built a reputation of offering quality advice with a personal and friendly approach. We are large enough to offer a full range of legal services to both individual and business clients, whilst retaining the personal touch valued by so many of our clients.

The name “MacLachlan” was the maiden name of Joanna’s mother and the firm’s ethos is to strive to match the clan’s motto “brave and trusty”.
