To order a Home Information Pack (HIP) for your property, simply complete the form and submit. We will confirm receipt to you during usual working hours by telephone or email and our agent will contact you to arrange payment and to make arrangements for an Energy Inspector to visit your property to prepare the Energy Performance Certificate. The HIP will be prepared and delivered to us usually within 5 to 7 days.
