Stamp Duty Relief for First-Time Buyers to end

Stamp Duty Land Tax Relief which recently has been waived for first-time buyers on properties up to £250,000 will end on 24th March 2012. From this date all property purchases over £125,000 will attract Stamp Duty Land Tax.

First-time buyers are advised to talk to our conveyancing team as soon as possible as there is still time to have your purchase completed before 24th March and take advantage of substantial savings.
