Mark worked for the British Antarctic Survey as a deck hand in the early 1980's after leaving school and completed a short service commission in the Royal Air Force before qualifying as a solicitor.
Roger qualified as a Solicitor in 1981. He was a Partner in a Midlands law firm before moving to Dorset. He joined MacLachlan in 2004. Roger undertakes property transactions of all types both commercial and residential and also deals with company and business matters. He specialises in Charity Law, an area in which he has practised since 1985.

Tom qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and specialises in property transactions of all types. He is an experienced agricultural property lawyer and also deals with residential and commercial property matters. He is a member of the Law Society’s Property Section and a member of the Agricultural Law Association.

Originally from Cornwall, Nicola studied law at Exeter University and trained at a large south coast firm, before joining the matrimonial department at MacLachlan in 2004.
Catherine was a Tribunal Officer with the Valuation Tribunal Service before deciding on a career in the law and qualifying as a solicitor. She joined MacLachlan in 2009 having previously worked for a law firm in South Devon.

Kay Haskett is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property transactions. Kay deals with property matters both locally and nationally, including extensive experience with London properties. She also deals with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions.
Vanessa is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and deals with residential property transactions.
