Fixed Fee Divorce: £700.00
Plus VAT: £122.50
Court Fees - To issue proceedings: £300.00
- To apply for the Decree Absolute:  £40.00
Total: £1162.50

The Fixed Fee Divorce Service can be paid upfront or in five equal instalments, the first payable upon instruction, together with the Court fee of £300.00 to issue proceedings for divorce.
