Tom qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and specialises in property transactions of all types. He is an experienced agricultural property lawyer and also deals with residential and commercial property matters. He is a member of the Law Society’s Property Section and a member of the Agricultural Law Association.

Prior to joining MacLachlan, Tom practised at a large regional law firm.

Tom was brought up on a farm near Shaftesbury and lives locally with his wife and daughter. He has a love of classic cars and particularly classic motor sport.
