Tom joined MacLachlan in 2006 having spent time working at a regional law firm.
He qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and specialises in agricultural and commercial property law and rural property transactions, handling many land sales and purchases including auction sales. He also deals with complex property issues such as boundary issues, easements and rights of way as well as preparing reports on title for many commercial lenders.
Tom is a Director based at our Gillingham office. He grew up on a farm near Shaftesbury and has a wealth of local knowledge useful when advising clients on rural business matters.
